Grammatical form to teach: “Passive” form (受身形(うけみけい)) and its meaning

Give the Task Sheet 6 to the students, and ask to think the difference in meaning between Sentence A and Sentence B.

Task Sheet 6

A. 鈴木(すずき)先生(せんせい)はいつも学生(がくせい)をほめます。
B. 太郎(たろう)はいつも先生(せんせい)にほめられます。

*Reference for the teachers:
A. Mr./Ms. Ssuzuki always praise the students. /B. Taro is always praised by the teacher.
Give the Task Sheet 6 to the students and ask them to complete the sentences using their own idea, and ask to think the difference in meaning between the Sentence A and Sentence B.
